The term ‘Company’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the “Software”, i.e. software titled ‘FoLSol® (Food Label Solutions)’ available for use on https://foodlabelsolutions.com. FoLSoL® is a tradename that belongs to LabelBlind Solutions Private Limited (referred to as “Company”).
The Company does not endorse any vendor or other party that a user found while using the Software.
The Company does not warrant that the Software will operate error-free or that the Website and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the Software result in the need for servicing or replacement or such other services, the Company is not responsible for those costs.
The Software and its services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Company to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. The Company makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the works, services, software, text, graphics, goods and links on the Software.
In no event shall the Company, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Software and the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Company is advised of the possibility of such damages.
You understand that your nutrition/food label results are dependent on your correct use of the Software. You use the Software with the full understanding that you are wholly responsible for creating your own results. You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge FoLSol®, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or FoLSol® as a result of the report given by FoLSol® or otherwise resulting from the relationship contemplated by these Terms.
You understand and agree that the Services provided by us is not and is not to be construed as nutritional advise or any type of health counselling nor will constitute legal, medical and/or other professional advice and that no professional relationship of any kind is created between you and FoLSol®. You hereby agree that you will not make any legal, medical, and/or other decision based in whole or in part on anything contained in our Services.
You understand that any information as conveyed during the provision of our Services is for general educational and informational purposes only. You understand that such information is not intended nor otherwise implied to be medical or health advice.
You understand that such information is by no means complete or exhaustive, and that as a result, such information does not encompass all medical conditions, nutritional disorders, health-related issues, or respective treatments. FOLSOL® suggested food / menu recipes are collected from secondary information sources available in the public domain. Standardised recipes are used for ease of reference and for the use of customers / users to declare nutrition information of such recipes. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or recency of the data provided/displayed on or linked to our Software.

Packed food database is used for ease of reference and for the use of Users to declare nutrition information of such recipes. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or recency of the data provided/displayed on or linked to our Software.
In case of missing quantities of fruits/ vegetables/ nuts/ legumes/ millets content in the packed food database, the FVNLM quantities were determined considering the nature of the food product/item, by reducing such amounts by 100 g/ml (assuming that summation of ingredients will be 100g/ml approx.) or determined by the NI table, e.g.- sugar or fat, which amounts were reduced from 100 to determine FVNLM.
Nutrition Information, Health Tags and any other information / data / description including (without limitation) recipes used by the Software, is for indicating the presence of declared ingredients and nutrients in such standardised recipes. All assessments are based on standardised recipes and do not reflect individual recipes, and variations thereof, as offered by Users.
The Company and/or its associates do not take the responsibility for any and all food, recipes, ingredients or any other aspect of the food and its quality, consistency, price, service, weight, and / or such other aspects of food safety and hygiene regulations as offered by Users. All such compliances are the sole responsibility of the User as per prevailing standards and regulations.
Nutrition information, health tags and other information / data / description including without limitation thatwhichis declared upon use of the Software is not a recommendation to change/ alter/ modify/ substitute existing food habits. The advisory offered does not claim to be a treatment, remedy, or cure for any health condition.
Nutrition value of food items / recipes are calculated using FSSAI approved methods of theoretical calculation of food items / recipes by referring the nutritive values of each of the ingredients provided by credible and scientifically-backed sources. FoLSol® uses scientific food databases for analysis (For e.g., IFCT, 2017 and USDA). This calculation does not include any laboratory testing methods.
Users take the responsibility of declaring information that is true, correct, complete, validated by competent authority and supported by required statutory documents. We shall not be held liable for any food label results or other such results from the use of the Software in event of any and all modifications or changes in the composition of the ingredients or the recipe.
User agrees and acknowledges that the User is solely and wholly responsible for the accuracy of the information and data provided, which includes but is not limited to the ingredients, recipes, yields, measurement weights, nutritional information of ingredients, allergens, and such other information/data used in the User’s standardized recipes/formula and any other necessary information input for use of the Software. The results of such use of the Software are subject to the information/data input by the User and thus, the accuracy may vary.

Assessment has been done on the basis of nutrient labelling guidelines of FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India), and RDAs (Recommended Daily Allowance) as suggested by ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) and Indian Food Composition Tables, 2017 (ICMR-NIN).
Laboratory tests of food products, their ingredients, quality, preparations, food allergens are not under the scope of the nutrition assessment or the services provided through the Software. User ensure to follow regulations for laboratory testing for quality and safety as laid down by FSSAI Laws and Regulations from time-to-time

The Company does not claim an association with FSSAI or its agencies or vice versa thereto. FoLSol® compliant labels mean labels that are created to the best of knowledge and application of Food Safety and Standards (Labelling & Display) Regulations, 2020. It does not refer to labels that are checked or approved by FSSAI in any manner.
The Company will attempt to keep its label solutions updated with any changes / modifications done by FSSAI to its Regulations. Such changes / modifications will be adapted in the website/Software as part of the Company’s own process of product development and constant updation. The Company will not be held liable for any defaults in this regard.
Users are advised to read, understand, and comprehend FSSAI Regulations at their own discretion.
User takes responsibility for his/her/their/its food labels, all information declared on the same (in part or full) and its compliance with FSSAI regulations.
The User agrees and accepts that the nutritional analysis and nutrition facts label procured as a result of the use of our Software for the User’s product/recipe is based on an estimated nutritional database analysis using a USDA-approved ingredient database, with standard/generic ingredients or brand-specific ingredients that are found within the nutritional database.
The User agrees and understands that since various nutritional values may differ based on the exact ingredients used by the User, that FoLSol® (https://foodlabelsolutions.com) is not responsible for any damage, loss, fees, or penalties that may be caused by these variations in the nutritional analysis and nutritional values.
The nutrition and health claims provided by FoLSol® (https://foodlabelsolutions.com) as well as any allergens provided for the User’s product/recipe is based on the accuracy of the information provided by the User. The User agrees and understands that since various nutritional values may differ based on the exact ingredients used by the User, FoLSol® (https://foodlabelsolutions.com) is not responsible for any damage, loss, fees, or penalties that may be caused by these variations in nutrition and health claims.
The User shall be solely responsible for, in addition to other responsibilities: (a) making all decisions and performing all actions; (b) evaluating the accuracy and results of the Software; (c) accepting responsibility for the decisions of the Software; (d) establishing and maintain internal controls, including monitoring of current operations and any changes; and (e) using the data generated by the Software in accordance with local and national regulatory legislation.
If a product is not yet listed in the databases used by FoLSol® (https://foodlabelsolutions.com) User may manually input the nutrition information, ingredients, allergens for a specific ingredient. Nutrition/Food label results will be based on information as declared by the User, developed as a result thereof for respective labels.

If this entered information is vetted and deemed appropriate by our nutritionist, we reserve the right to add this information to our database, which is accessible to all users of the Software. By entering this information, the User understands and agrees that this data may later become available to other users of the Software.
